The operation is very easy and safe.
It can be used for the production of all kinds of skewered products, such as meat skewers, sausages, steak or fruit, vegetable or cheese skewers.
The weight per skewer can vary between 40 and 220 g.
Depending on the type of product and the skill of the operator, you can achieve output of up to 480 pieces per hour.
