DOUBLE AUTOMATIC FILLET Tenderizer.
The KT softener's stainless steel feed inlet has been designed in such a way that the user's fingers will not get caught between the blades. Should the safety cover over the blades move even a fraction, the motor will stop automatically. The underside of the leaves is also well protected.
Made of stainless steel.
Maximum production 1,200 fillets per hour.
