Designed to glue with liquid egg and breadcrumb coating automatically. Special for croquettes, meatballs, flamenquín, cachopo, empanadillas, fillets, meats, balls, steak... or any type of food that requires breading or batter.

It is a very useful machine for meat processors and workers, catering and restaurants.

Ideal to complement the hot mixer / cream cooker / cooking pot with scraper mixer or croquette dispenser.
