AVERY DENNISON PNEUMATIC GUN FOR SHIP PLACEMENT

Pneumatic gun for placing navetes.

This system allows the user to apply standard type shuttles and meat shuttles in a comfortable and productive way. It is a module with a type of industrial use that works connected to a compressed air intake and that allows the user to increase productivity when carrying out labeling tasks due to the movement of the ejector bar that drives the shuttle through of the module and the needle is activated automatically.

The module applies standard type 13 mm boats. up to 235mm. both polypropylene and nylon. It also applies approved meat boats with round head code. 320270 of 25 mm, minimeat of 20 (code 320170) and 40 (code 320172) mm. and 45 mm double head meat boats. code 320161, 320162 and 320163).

This system does not allow the application of extra-strong 15 mm meat navetes. (code 320284 and 320286).

Allows the use of meat needles cod. 320280 approved that are made of high-resistance stainless steel and are the same used by the approved meat gun. This equipment is made up of two interchangeable parts fixed by means of screws, on the one hand the short needle pneumatic industrial module and on the other hand the handle system with trigger trigger.

This interchangeable system allows assembly and disassembly for greater maintenance or replacement of part of the module.

In case of wear or breakage of any part, it allows supplying each of the parts that make up said solution.

This unit must be used between 80 and 100 psi of pressure (between 5.5 and 8.6 bar of pressure).
